3D Fascial Systems

There is a new 'F' word in the Industry: Fascia.

August 22nd 2010

Movement patterns and the fundamental understanding of mobilising fascia through the skeletal system for overall realignment of the human body is the topic of this one day workshop.

Revisit basic sling systems, latest fascial theories and AiM's own concepts of how fascia controls human motion.

This workshop introduces and demonstrates the communicative role of fascia in the body. Fascia binds and interconnects all muscles, joints and acts as a pathway for information to pass up and down, informing the brain of the body's whereabouts in space and time as well as the action, condition and reliability of each segmented structure. Leaving us with no doubt whatsoever that the whole body has an awareness of it's own posture and has in fact chosen that posture to optimise it's potential.

3D Sling Systems brings the fascial pathways to life and reveal the soft tissue secrets of human motion and postural adaptations equating to performance

  • Sagittal lines
  • Frontal lines
  • Transverse Lines
  • & Spiralling lines

This workshop gives you the foundation to translate fascial interaction to the model of 3D motion presented in the Finding Centre course
