Biomechanics and Fascia Workshops
TWO 3D WORKSHOPS IN ONE WEEKEND
Gary Ward's first two day workshop covering both 3D Mechanics and 3D Fascial Systems workshops in one weekend. Introducing you to the core concepts behind the AiM Method and three dimensional movement patterning.
Location: AWPT Studio, Newark, Nottinghamshire. NG24 2TT
Date: August 7th and 8th 2010
Your investment: £175 (Closing date for payments: 2nd August 2010)
Why choose Anatomy in Motion?
The AiM Method is consistently proven to bring the body back into balance and alignment to facilitate progress and development within the structures of the body. Aside from training protocol, exercise and results, the techniques lend themselves to reducing pain, enhancing rehabilitation and preventing future injury: all of which of course lends itself to better results in a training and exercise environment.
3D Mechanics brings to life the notion of 'Finding Centre' and takes a look at how our external environment affects our movement patterning and subsequent postural adaptations. We challenge the notion of training for stability whilst bringing to life the joint connectivity in our postural assessments which must adapt to the 3D external environment. Movement patterning is demonstrated as a viable solution.
3D Fascial Systems introduces and demonstrates the communicative role of fascia in the body. Much research has gone into this thing called Fascia, but I don;t think people really respect it's role in motion. This workshop will show you how and open your eyes to the full potential available to the human body working in a global motion based environment.
Those of you who sat through LEVEL 1a will complete your level 1 certificate this weekend. Those of you who didn't are still welcome to do it in reverse. You haven't missed anything - so please jump on board!
Please contact gary@anatomyinmotion.co.uk or call on 07974 234 363 to book your place on the 7th and 8th August 2010
Please feel free to forward this to colleagues and friends in the fitness and therapy industries.
