There is a new ‘F’ word in the Industry: Fascia.

This one day workshop introduces and demonstrates the communicative role of fascia in the body. It binds and interconnects all muscles, joints and acts as a pathway for information to pass up and down, informing the brain of the body’s whereabouts in space and time as well as the action, condition and reliability of each segmented structure. Leaving us with no doubt whatsoever that the whole body has an awareness of its own posture and has in fact chosen that posture to optimise its own potential and maximise its function. 3D Fascial Systems brings the fascial pathways – contractual chains of soft tissue – to life and reveal the soft tissue secrets of human motion and postural adaptations equating to performance.
