3D Mechanics Course
Biomechanics and Physics combine to enable biological motion (human movement) on the planet.
There is much talk of biomechanics in all areas of sport and therapy. Some people love it and some people hate it. Many people suggest that using biomechanical assessments is a long and unrewarding process. With Anatomy in Motion it’s the opposite.
Using full body 3D Motion exercises that replicate biomechanical function, we can quickly restore inhibited function and break through previous sticking points or blockages in our training or rehab.
Traditional exercise forms are not representative of true biomechanical function – which is why the process is slow and often unrewarding.
Understanding body mechanics in motion means you can easily work with anybody from little old lady to world class athlete: we all abide by the same physical laws: biomechanics, physics and no mathematics in sight!
This day workshop introduces the concepts and offers a practical approach to optimising human movement in your exercise and training programmes.
