Every move you make some muscles have to stretch to facilitate the movement. Others contract to form a balance. In effect, you are ‘stretching’ all of the time. Whenever you move, you move in three dimensions at each joint – this means that movement itself can be more effective than the static single plane practice of modern stretching you use on yourself and on your clients.

It has been proven that stretching dynamically and in 3 planes of motion is of greater value than stretching statically and in a single plane. A three dimensional stretch triggers a three dimensional contraction, all muscles operate in a stretch - contract - stretch - contract format, fulfilling the functional role of the muscle.

This one day practical workshop is designed to offer a complete overhaul of anatomic stretching that is characteristic of: improving flexibility, muscle tone, joint ROM, strength, balance and physical wellbeing.
